We are happy to answer any questions related to our products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of aareeaccessories.com
There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. Please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. If approved, please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. The amount will be credited to the customer’s account only after the product has been received. It will take 5-6 business working days to transfer the amount. Your product is eligible for return/exchange If you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGE
If your return/exchange is approved, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
- Invoice number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
