Due to COVID-19, you might experience delays in shipping and delivery as things are not in our control. . I. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders over INR 3,000 are applicable for free domestic shipping. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days*. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
II. SHIPPING CHARGES:

Cash on delivery: INR 100
*If you order more than 3 pieces (max 10) of the same product, it might take more than 12-14 business days to deliver.
* Back order products will be delivered in 12-14 business days.
III. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Fedex, Delhivery, Xpressbees) and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

IV. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 150 after any discount, if applicable. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. International orders are usually delivered within 10-12 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
V. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Aaree Accessories will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
VI. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We are happy to answer any questions related to our products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of aareeaccessories.com
There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If approved, please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. The amount will be credited to the customer’s account only after the product has been received. It will take 5-6 business working days to transfer the amount. Your product is eligible for return/exchange If you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
VII. FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
If your return/exchange is approved, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
– Invoice number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
– Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. The amount will be credited to the customer’s account only after the product has been received. It’ll take 5-6 business working days to transfer the amount.
– Please make sure the address below is mentioned clearly on the parcel that you send.

VIII. PRE-ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
– All pre-orders and custom orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
– There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customised orders.
