HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Delhivery, Fedex, Xpressbees) and enter the AWB # to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. 

 I STAY IN INDIA. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

• For PREPAID orders, we are happy to offer FREE Shipping pan India.
• COD orders : INR 70/- onwards. *Depending on the order value.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA? HOW MUCH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL I BE CHARGED?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

DO YOU OFFER COD SERVICES?

Yes, we offer COD up to INR 20,000/-

However, customized orders or pre-orders or international orders require payment before delivery.

WHAT IF THE GOLD ON MY JEWELLERY GETS TARNISHED?

We offer lifetime plating service. At any time, if you feel you want your jewelry shining as new, please send it to us and we will re-plate it for you – for free! To and fro shipping charges to be borne by the customers.
